Event Coordinators and Vendors
We maintain a list of vendors that we recommend. All of our preferred vendors have worked with Rosehurst Garden and we have had good results with their services. Rosehurst Garden does not offer event coordination services, but we strongly recommend contacting a professional consultant. (Please check our Resource page to see our recommended Event Planner.) Hiring an event professional can help make your special event less stressful. Everything from helping you select the right vendors to assisting you with critical details the day of your event. In our experience, a consultant can save you time, stress and money. Please refer to our list of recommended vendors for names and numbers of local consultants.
Time Allowances per Package
The venue is available as early as 10am (Except for the Rose Package).
Clean up must be complete and all guests must be off the property before 10pm. The Venue gates close at 10pm.
-Hosta package: 5 hours
If you chose to not add the setup and take down option, we recommend that you allow 2 hours before the start of the event for setting up/decorating the venue and allow 1 and a half hours after the event for cleaning up/taking down decorations. This leaves 4 and a half hours for your event.
-Sunflower Package: 8 hours
If you chose to not add on the setup and take down option, we recommend that you allow 2 hours before the start of the event for setting up/decorating the venue and allow 1 and a half hours after the event for cleaning up/taking down decorations. This leaves 4 and a half hours for your event.
-Rose Package: 10 hours
The venue is available from 12pm-10pm. If you chose to not add on the setup and take down option, we recommend that you allow 2 hours before the start of the event for setting up/decorating the venue and allow 1 and a half hours after the event for cleaning up/taking down decorations. This leaves 6 and a half hours for your event.
-Additional Hours
Additional hours are $220 each.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals may take place 1-3 days prior to the event date for 30 minutes. There are no guarantees of rehearsals due to other scheduled events.
Deposits and Final Payments
A 25% non-refundable security deposit is required to book the date on a definite status. 50% of estimated total is due 90 days before event, 75% of estimated total is due 60 days before event. Final payment of all estimated costs is required 15 days before the event.
